At start of October 2021 I was as often at this time in Berlin. My first aim was to take impressive photos of the city especially at this time of the year, where the late summer leads into fall.
Potsdamer Platz
One of my favorite place at this time was the Potsdamer Platz. Once, before the second world war, it was the place to be. The place is now one heart of the german cinematic industry. But the bohemian character has changed. Shopping malls, cinemas, office working spaces and hotels characterizes the place today. Not a place to be. But there some architecture highlights on the place, worth to take a photo. Not so far from here you find the Neue Nationalgalerie. Designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Now after some years of renovation the building has opened the doors with an Alexander Calder exhibition.

Old Center of Berlin
In this week I visited also the old Center of Berlin. Here also some significant changes took place. In October the new Humboldt Forum has opened and with the opening of the Humboldt Forum the Subway infrastructure received some new stations in the Old Center.

Schlossgut Schwante
As the weather was fine I decided to visit the sculpture garden Schwante. Schwante is located near the north west region of Berlin.
Who should visit this place ?
